Over Weight or Size items
Additional charges may apply if items exceed the standard Australia Post size or weight conditions.
We will advise you by email prior to shipping of any such fee
Shipping Restrictions
An order cannot be split & sent to multiple addresses
NOTE: PO Box is not considered a shipping address unless pre-arranged by email
transitionWEAR reserves the right to refuse shipment to person(s) or locations we deem as being questionable or believed to be fraudulent
Back Orders
Customer Service will advise by email if a product is now out of stock and has gone onto back order
All Back Orders are kept for 90 days and should a supplier have issues or advise a date extension then you will be notified by an email from Customer Service
For products placed on Back Order within a multiple order then there is no additional shipping fee
Any shipping fee is included in orignial multi purchase payment if applicable
Any single order on an item purchase marked as Back Order or Out of Stock does have the shipping cost applied
INCORRECT SHIPMENT
If this occurs please contact us. WE strive for all orders to be both timely and correct. Should your order not arrive after 10 working days please contact us for shipment tracing . Please note that transport carriers in Australia are experiencing large overloads due to the many COV19 issues .
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or crushed package, please photograph on your phone any damage prior to opening & signing for them.
transitionWEAR has processes to ensure correct product and shipping occurs each time. Should the delivery be found to be damaged inside the packaging, then please contact us for prompt rectification
Returns within 30 Days -see also REFUNDS
Please indicate in your communication wether you want to change to the correct size, or receive a voucher for another product.
For any Return to be Authorised by Customer Service :
Need to supply purchasers name and your delivery address
Shipping Number & your date of purchase
NOTE: Returns are only accepted for faulty product, sizing, description error
All returns as per above need to be in original packaging & unused.
We do not accept returns that have been used or are a change of mind
All returns are at the customers cost
COD shipping is not accepted
Warranty
Any item that seem to have a manufacturing defect must be returned to transitonWEAR in all of its original packaging and with your name, shipping numbers & delivery address.
Do not return to the manufacturer .
Always return to transitionWEAR with proof of purchase & original packaging
Customer Service will contact you by email with any questions and advise of outcomes as the claim progresses
If a Warranty claim is deemed applicable then your return standard rates postage will also be refunded
